  Grand Awards Ball Photos - This page contains pictures taken from the Awards Ball night.  It contains captions for all pictures.  If you were there that night, you might be in one of our photos!

  Pictures from Derby - 150+ pictures from the derby .  Categories include vendors, trophy construction, summer events, race pilots and Grand Awards Ball preparation. 

  Color Flyer of Air Fair - This color flyer gives information on the Air Fair, including who and what will be there, when everything starts and where it's located.

    Color Flyer of Air Race - Information on when and where it is, plus descriptions on the trophies that will be presented to winners.

    Instructions/Rules - This gives you all the information you'll need to know about what to do if you entered into the race.  Plus, we have info on the distribution of the trophies and a proposed plan of having an awards ceremony.

    Who Can Enter? - This page talks about what types of planes that can enter the race, how many categories there will be, and who will get trophies.  

    Trophy Design Info - Just like the title says -- This page discusses the design of the trophies and the history behind it.  Plus, who gets what type of trophy and the estimated value of each.

    Time Designee Rules - This explains who does what and your instructions on what to do as a time designee.

    Time Designees - This page has a list of people who are signed up as time designees, plus all their contact information if you need to reach them.  The time designees are organized by category of types of planes.

    Race Packet Information - This page lists what all is included in the Race Packet that comes with your entry into the race and the $150.00 fee.

    Registration Form - Just like it says -- This is the registration form you'll need to fill out in order to participate, including type of aircraft, year, engine, etc..

    Release Form - As all events, you'll need to read and sign this release form just so you'll know what you're getting into and as a safety precaution for us.

    Trophy Designs - This is a full color page with photos of each individual trophy that will be won (as well as the ones that will be given out for just participating!)  These are all hand made by Nostalgic Reflections owner, Jerry Turner.  This is a beautiful page but the digital picture doesn't do it justice!

    Trophy Questionnaire - This is a questionnaire on if you won one of the large trophies, which would you prefer?

    History of Felts Field - This is a two-paged fully history of Felts Field, including a picture of Felts himself!  It is a wonderful description on the history of Felts Field.

    Memorabilia Order Form - This page includes a downloadable and printable order form, but as well as a full photo catalog of what's offered!

    Tickets - This page includes everything else that is included in the Race Packet, such as tickets, envelope designs, and the Fuel ticket that allows participants a 20% discount at Felts Field (Good through July 19, 2002 - September 24, 2002.)
